This project involved the complete remodel of a stunning home perched on a cliffside in Malibu, CA, focusing on enhancing the outdoor living space. We installed a new deck with a shade cover and incorporated IPE wood for the deck, trimmings, and accents, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The expansive deck spans 5,000 square feet, featuring a retractable shade cover for flexibility and IPE wood elements that add elegance and durability. Despite the challenges of the cliffside location and coastal weather, our team employed specialized techniques to ensure safe and efficient construction. The result is a luxurious outdoor retreat that offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, providing an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment.
